Shipping

At PakVolt, we use our own delivery team to ensure safe and quick delivery of your order. Our trained delivery boys personally bring the product to your doorstep in major cities. For other areas, we may use trusted courier partners when necessary.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to locations within Pakistan only.

If you place your order before 2 PM, you'll receive your delivery the same day (available in selected cities). Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.

Order & Returns

To place an order:

To cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or call. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll gladly assist.

No, you can place an order without creating an account. However, creating an account helps you track your orders and manage your purchase history more easily.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID. You can use it on the courier’s website to track the status of your delivery.

If you receive a incorrect product, you can return it within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a return or replacement promptly.
